Third Hybrid Summit!
We have finalized our location at the lively and iconic Hutton Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
Limited to 275 in-person attendees with no limit on virtual attendance. We will also provide videos of most sessions to be viewed later (registration required).
In-Person:
Will be over three days, starting on Friday, July 19th, 2024, and ending on Sunday, July 21st, 2024.
An in-person ticket will include a swag bag (t-shirt included), a welcome reception, an amazing speaker lineup including ALK experts, info on all the latest research and clinical trials, patient panels, a Saturday offsite dinner event, and more!
Please only register for in-person "tickets" if you are certain (as certain as we can be I know) that you will be attending the conference in Tennessee.
If you register for in-person tickets, each person may register for themselves and 1 guest. Please purchase a ticket for your guest, if they plan to attend any part of the summit.
If you find out you won't be able to attend in person please let us know ASAP so we can redistribute tickets to anyone who might be on the waitlist.
Virtual Registration:
Will be over two days, starting on Saturday, July 20th, 2024, and ending on Sunday, July 21st, 2024.
Virtual attendees (as well as in-person attendees) will receive the Virtual meeting information before 8 am ET on Friday, July 19th, 2024.
If you are attending remotely (even if you plan to watch later vs participate live) please sign up for the "virtual" ticket choice. Please have other family members or care partners sign up for their own virtual tickets so that they each receive the virtual conference details individually.

The majority of your summit is funded by industry sponsorship specifically for this event and ZERO funds we have all raised for research are used. Additionally, if there is a financial need, please reach out to our summit chairs for assistance.
